Collaboration type: One-off project

Timeframe: July – August 2026

Vertical: AI / Enterprise SaaS / WorkTech

Startup HQ: Vilnius, Lithuania 🇱🇹

Focus: €1M pre-seed funding announcement

Brief

Companies spend thousands of hours a year creating and maintaining training content that explains how to use their software, and much of it goes stale the moment an interface or process changes. Guideless fixes this at the source. A user performs a workflow once in their browser while Guideless captures each step, then turns it into a polished, AI-narrated training guide with instructions, highlights, captions and company branding in minutes. Because every guide is built from editable steps rather than a fixed screen recording, it can be updated, translated into 42 languages and repurposed as the software evolves.

The company was founded by Dovydas Remeika, who spent more than a decade building enterprise software for banks and telecoms, and Evaldas Bieliūnas, who led commercial teams and onboarding across multiple countries at companies including Vinted. Guideless soft-launched in late 2025, incorporated in June 2026 and is already used across 15 markets. Its longer-term ambition is to become the operational knowledge layer for companies: preserving how work is actually performed and making it available to employees, customers and AI agents.

In August 2026, Guideless closed a €1 million pre-seed round led by Superhero Capital, with participation from FIRSTPICK and angel investors Thomas Plantenga (Group CEO of Vinted), Vytautas Atkočaitis (CEO of Vinted Go) and Mantas Mikuckas (Vinted co-founder). The funding goes towards growing the Vilnius team, product development and international expansion, with the United States as the primary target market.

We were brought in to announce the round to international startup, business and trade media, timed to land the week before TechBBQ in Copenhagen.

Results

The campaign generated 35+ articles and newsletter mentions across the US, UK, Europe and Lithuania, all earned and none via wire distribution. Coverage spanned Europe’s leading startup and VC media, US business newsletters, AI publications, L&D trade press and every major Lithuanian national outlet. The story kept travelling for more than a week after launch through weekly roundups and newsletters, and drew a standalone product review from Unite.AI a few days after the funding news.
