Brief

Trusted Twin, a startup based in Poland, came to us before announcing their pre seed round. They wanted help positioning their platform as essential infrastructure for decentralized knowledge collaboration. The platform lets developers share and store Digital Twins. They weren’t creating the digital twins directly but building the underlying infrastructure that makes them work.

They needed media coverage that could explain their complex offering clearly, bring in developers, and show investors and early adopters that their approach made sense.

Our Approach

We quickly spotted the main challenge: most people think of Digital Twins as tools for simulation and manufacturing. Trusted Twin was doing something completely different. They’d built an API-first platform for decentralized data sharing between multiple parties.

To tackle this, we developed messaging that focused on three key points. First, we positioned them as developer-first infrastructure for distributed processes. Second, we made it clear they were Digital Twin agnostic (they don’t build or use the twins themselves, but make them work across different systems). Third, we highlighted how their approach aligned with Web3 principles around shared data ownership.

We got VentureBeat’s George Lawtone to write an exclusive piece about them. His ability to explain complex tech stories helped make Trusted Twin’s offering clear to readers. After that initial coverage, more articles appeared in startup, developer, and tech innovation publications.
